The Summer Intensive is appropriate for dedicated Iyengar Yoga practitioners who seek to deepen their practice, skills, and knowledge. Prerequisite: Minimum five years study of Iyengar Yoga under the guidance of a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.

2026 therapy intensive

teacher participant applications are now open!
The Therapy Intensive is a seven day intensive course designed to give Certified Iyengar Teachers (CIYTs) experience with facilitating therapeutic yoga sessions for student subjects with health conditions that prevent them from attending a regular class. The student subjects are given a week of individualized attention by a team of CIYTs, supervised by Lois and other advisor teachers. We collect data throughout this process by assessing real time effects. A case study will be written by the teachers and evaluated by Lois and Herman Traitteur.
